Yes. You can return ordered items to us within 2 weeks. Please only use the included return form and parcel label to return your order.
No, you don't pay any return costs. Please use the included return form and shipping label. If you do not have access to a return form, you can obtain a new form from email@example.com or by calling 0800-522 35190 and providing the order number.
You have the option to exchange the items in your order for another size. Indicate your desired size on the return form. Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email whether the desired article is available in your size and if the exchange is possible.
